A body of work produced from a week spent staying on a farm in rural Zennor, St Ives. The contrast and relationship between the land and sea in this location was fascinating. Ragged, textural land was an interesting contrast to the quiet stillness of the setting; a handful of cars a day passed us by on the lane and all to be seen was a couple of farmhouses and the local pub. The task of capturing the textures of the land and sea whilst also conveying the stillness of the surroundings made for a captivating project. There was plenty to unpack in this irregular, beautiful landscape.
